RU Interprofessional: Collaborating for Healthy Communities facilitates and supports the process of developing a sustainable culture of interprofessional education, practice and research collaboration within and across the Faculty of Community Services (FCS) and its community partners. The ultimate goal of RU Interprofessional is to ensure that all FCS schools have the capacity to prepare and engage students in interprofessional practice. Central to the philosophy and activities of RU Interprofessional is a focus on determinants of health, social justice, equity and community health.RU Interprofessional is funded by HealthForce Ontario, Office of the Provost, and supported by the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Community Services.
