Ryerson Health Science Student Association (RyHSSA)

The Ryerson Chapter of the National Health Science Student Association (NaHSSA) is an affiliate group of the Ryerson Student Union. The group was founded in fall 2009 and established a leadership team in November. Currently, RyHSSA has over eighty students representing programs in the Faculty of Community Services. The group promotes interprofessional education by planning and participating in various social and educational events. The focus of RyHSSA is to learn with, from and about each another, to encourage mutual respect, communication and collaboration between disciplines and to advocate for interprofessional awareness. Read the constitution of the group by opening on the attachment below. To join this group or to find out more information, please send an email to ryhssa@ryerson.ca.
